Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.
  • We may pause or limit certain items during peak periods to maintain quality.

Processing Time

  • Most items are prepared fresh. Please allow at least 3 days processing (unless stated otherwise on the product page). During festive seasons, processing times may be longer.

Delivery & Self-Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup details (dates, time slots, location) will be shown at checkout or confirmed via message/email.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order for delivery.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.

No Returns / Exchanges (Food Safety)

  • For hygiene and food safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for food items, including change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect ordering.

Refunds / Replacements (If There’s an Issue)

  • If your order arrives wrong, missing, or damaged, we’ll make it right.
  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Send your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
  • If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund (where applicable).

Cancellations & Changes

  • Once an order is confirmed, we may not be able to cancel or change it as items are prepared fresh.
  • If you need help, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best.

Storage & Best Enjoyed

  • Storage instructions (and best-by guidance if applicable) are provided on the product page or packaging.
  • For best quality, enjoy our items as fresh as possible.

Allergens

  • Our kitchen may handle common allergens (e.g., eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten). While we take care, we cannot guarantee products are allergen-free. If you have allergies, please reach out before ordering.

  • Photos are for illustration. Actual products may vary slightly in colour/shape due to handmade preparation and lighting.

Privacy

  • We only use your details to process orders, deliveries, and customer support. We don’t sell your personal data.
